I took my girlfriend here for her birthday dinner and this may have been the best sushi experience either of us have ever had. A very high percentage of the courses were exceptional. We were particularly impressed with both the sushi and non-sushi courses. They were all very creative and perfectly executed. The fatty tuna with caviar was truly impressive! The staff were all friendly and helpful and the vibe was amazing. I hope Craft Omakase becomes the first two Michelin Star restaurant in Austin!

Fantastic experience from start to finish! I love a good challenge, so I was beyond excited to score a reservation for my actual birthday. Before reservations opened, I checked the website to make sure I knew the exact day and time they would be released, and I even read reviews to prepare myself. The second reservations went live, I was ready! Within five minutes, most of the prime weekend dates and times were already gone. It was absolutely worth it. I loved how small and intimate the space was, and chatting with the staff is always one of my favorite parts of any dining experience. The bites were delicious! I've included photos, but keep in mind that the menu changes seasonally, so your experience may look a little different. The experience, the food, and the service were worth every penny. I can't wait to go back!

Exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the entire evening feel special. The sushi chefs are very talented, and every single bite was incredible.

The experience from start to finish at Craft Omakase was incredible! The inside decor is very nice and provides a warm welcome. The service provided the instant you walk in the door was astounding and everyone that works there is really attentive. You can tell that the chefs love what they are doing and enjoy giving you the full experience. Everything looks meticulously crafted to look visually stunning while also tasting excellent. Each course is presented to you in a timely manner and you can tell the dedication that goes into each piece. Their new "Blood Orange" drink was also a hit. Shoutout to the person behind that one. All in all, the food was amazing and the service was remarkable. You can safely say that Craft Omakase is an Austin classic!!!

Craft Omakase (22 course) ⭐️ One Michelin Star 2024, 2025 💵 $240 (including tax and 20% service charge) One of the best omakase spots in Austin 🍣✨ Craft Omakase truly lives up to its reputation, 5 stars on Google, and I had to book a full month in advance just to get a seat. 😂 And honestly… it did NOT disappoint at all! From the moment I walked in, everything felt special, starting with a beautiful welcome drink and warm hospitality. My favorite course had to be the dry-aged kinmedai, perfectly done, soft, sweet, and incredibly flavorful, and it practically melted in my mouth. Another standout was the uni 💛 omg! rich, sweet, and unbelievably fresh with zero fishy taste. It melted instantly with every bite.
